Dialysis Nurse Resume

Dialysis Nurses, also known as nephrology or urology nurses are Registered Nurses working in general hospitals, dialysis clinics or private medical practices. Their main responsibilities include providing medical care and constant attention to patients suffering from severe kidney problems and who must have dialysis. Apart from extended medical knowledge and experience in handling patients with renal disorders, these nurses must be able to operate dialysis equipment and react promptly in case of malfunction. During dialysis, an artificial means is used to help the healthy kidney perform its basic function. The procedure can last for a couple of hours and the nurse is responsible for ensuring that everything is properly working and for providing a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

In order to write an attractive resume that will convince the employer that you are indeed the best candidate for that position there are several steps to follow. First of all, it is important that your resume reflects your experience in general nursing as well as in treating patients with renal problems. Hence, make sure you mention all the former duties and responsibilities that helped you gain more experience in this area. Secondly, you should summarize all your personal qualities and professional competencies that recommend you for the job.
